Roughly tuned input" in language teaching

In language teaching, teachers are always faced with the problem of how to supply the learners with reasonable amount of language materials to cater for their needs of language learning. The author thinks that we are likely to find a solution to this question by applying Krashen's "input & output hypothesis" theory. "Roughly tuned input" of study materials is expected to be efficient in internalizing learners' language knowledge and improving their language performance.
