| 摘 要： | ICT产业与传统产业相比,最鲜明的特征是具有网络效应和转换成本。这两个特征深化了市场集中度和规模经济对ICT产业进入和退出的影响。ICT产业的竞争与演化体现了与传统制造业截然不同的特征。
