| 摘 要： | 根据动力学原理透析土地整理与耕地保护的关系,总结了我国当前土地整理对耕地保护的成效及其负面影响,提出了探索和实践生态型土地整理模式、拓宽融资渠道加快农居点等建设用地整理等措施,以促进耕地保护系统的稳态发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship between arable land protection and land consolidation based on principles of dynamics and points out that land consolidation is the pull of arable land protection.Land consolidation in China has great impact on arable land protection.The advantageous influence is the increase in the amount of arable land,the improvement of the condition in agricultural products and so on.However,there are also adverse factors,such as the destroying of the environment due to improper land consolidation and the delay of construction land consolidation.For the purpose of improving the arable land protection in China,the countermeasures,such as ecotypic model of land consolidation and the introduction of BOT type to finance the construction land consolidation,are put forward. |
