Cultural implications and deep thoughts are the core dements of the film, Silent Witness, which are also the main causes of moving the audience and gaining its good reputation. The whole image of the film ＂dragon back wall＂ can be divided into secondary image, ＂dragon＂, ＂back＂ and ＂wall＂, which respectively symbolized TONG Tao, ZHOU Li and LIN Tai in this film. Based on the Chinese and western cultures, this paper will analyze those images, moreover, it will state the important effect of mythical ideology on emotional penetration, associative memory and identity recognition.
