摘    要:基于电子信息企业面临的新产品市场、技术创新、融资、管理、不可抗力和产业链条不完善等风险因素及其关联关系,用解释结构建模方法(ISM)建立结构模型,再用交叉影响矩阵相乘(MICMAC)分析表明,企业只有在选择创新项目时充分考虑政策和市场环境以及相关专利的限制,加强资金监管力度注重使用效率,打造一支优秀的技术和管理团队,才能有效化解风险。

Abstract:Based on the risk factors such as technology innovation,financing,management,force majeure risks and the imperfection of industry chain,a structure model is established with Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM),and the analysis is made with Matriced’ Impacts Croises-Multiplication Appliance Classement(MICMAC).The result shows that electronic information enterprises can effectively dissolve risks by means of measures to consider policy and market environment plus restrictions of related patents when choosing innovative projects,to enforce fund management and improve its efficiency,and to built an excellent technical and management team.
