当前人自身建设的双重变奏——论现代性人格与生态人格的塑造

从本质上讲,文化是人们在社会历史发展过程中形成的稳定的生存方式,文化离不开人的创造,文化人格最能体现文化的本质内涵,因此人自身建设是文化建设的核心。文章认为,当代中国存在传统农业文化、现代工业文化与后现代生态文化三阶段文化观念并存的状况,文化建设要求实现由传统农业文化向现代工业文化、现代工业文化向生态文化双重意义上的转型。与此相应,人自身的建设也包含着现代主体性人格的建设和生态文化人格的建设两方面课题。文章还具体论述了现代主体性人格与生态人格塑造的具体方式,认为文化人格的塑造应从社会环境建设与主体自身修养两方面进行。

Dual Variation of Human Self-Construction--On the Building of Modern Personality and Ecological Personality

Essentially, culture is a stable living mode that forms in the historical social development. Culture cannot be without human creation. Cultural personality best shows the essential connotation of culture. Therefore, human self-construction is the core of cultural construction. This paper makes an analysis of the present coexistence of three different cultural ideas that are traditional agricultural culture, modern industrial culture and post-modern ecological culture. The cultural construction requires the transformation from traditional agricultural culture to modern industrial culture and from modern industrial culture to ecological culture. Correspondingly, human self-construction includes the construction of modern subject personality and that of ecological culture personality. The paper also discusses the detailed building mode of modern subject personality and ecological personality and comes to a conclusion that culture personality involves the construction of social environment and subject self-cultivation.
