出口信用险的风险管控

目前我国出口信用险的经营业绩逐年攀升,但随着我国对外贸易的不断发展,出口信用险也暴露出未能完全适应我国商品出口结构改变、风险准备金不足等问题。因此,我国出口信用险经营机构应当建立更为科学的风险评估体系,发展中小规模业务,分散风险;参考发达国家相对成熟的出口信用险经营模式,允许商业保险公司与出口信用保险公司同时经营,引入竞争与激励机制;注重国际保险业务合作,与国外保险公司形成良好的伙伴关系。

The Risk Management of Export Credit Insurance

Nowadays, Chinese export credit insurance keeps growing year by year. However, with the continuous development of China's foreign trade, various problems emerge in the export credit insurance such as the inability to completely adapt to the structural change in Chinese commodity export and the shortage of risk reserve. Accordingly, the operating agencies of Chinese export credit insurance should set up a more scientific risk evaluation system and develop small and medium-sized transactions to disperse risks. Moreover, with reference to the operating pattern of export risk insurance in the developed countries, competition and encouragement system should be introduced to allow the commercial insurance companies and export credit insurance companies to operate simultaneously. Great importance should be attached to international insurance cooperation to keep favourable partnership with foreign insurance agents.
