摘    要:近年来频频发生的食品安全事件引发了公众对食品企业的关注,也考验着食品企业的危机管理能力。在这种背景下,食品企业危机管理的重要性逐渐凸显。文章基于网络搜索与多案例研究法,在分析食品企业危机管理重要性的基础上,通过追溯近年来重要的食品安全事件及其食品企业危机管理情况,对食品企业危机管理提升提出相应的建议。

Abstract:In Chinese traditional cuhure, people treat food as one of the most important matters. However, food safety incidents occurred frequently in recent years, which has led to a great public attention on food enterprises and tested their crisis management ability. In this context, the importance of crisis management of food enterprises is gradually emphasized. Based on this, in this article, the author analyzes the importance of crisis management of food enterprises. Aiming to finish the object, the author adopts web searching and multi-case study methods to trace the food safety incidents occurred recently and related crisis management counter measures. Corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward towards crisis management of food enterprises.
