| 摘 要： | 针对我国电信业发展现状及发展过程中所存在的问题，在比较国内外电信业改革路径选择的基础上，分析了电信业引入竞争、私有化和独立监管等改革手段之间的关联关系，以及改革次序对电信发展和市场绩效的影响，归纳并给出了相关结论和政策建议。

| Abstract: | For the current situation and existing problems in China telecom industry,on the basis of comparison of domestic and international telecom sector reform choice,this paper explains the relationship among the telecommunications industry reform means such as competition,property reform and independent regulation,and analyzes the impact of reform sequence on the telecommunications development and market performance.Finally,this paper draws the conclusions and provides suggestions. |
