跨国公司海外子公司角色演进的机制分析

关于跨国公司理论研究的重点已由过去的母子关系研究转向对跨国公司海外子公司成长与发展的研究。跨国公司海外子公司的成长与发展受到母公司指派、东道国环境和海外子公司自身选择三个方面因素的影响。在这种特殊机制的影响下，海外子公司在跨国公司网络体系中的角色随成长的不同阶段发生着变化和演进。在海外子公司战略地位日趋重要的发展过程中，海外子公司在跨国公司价值链体系中承担的责任越来越多，海外子公司的战略自主权也得以不断提高，而海外子公司对母公司的依赖程度却不断降低。

The Evolution Mechanism of Multinational Subsidiary's Role

We shed light on the mechanism analysis that drives changes in a subsidiary' s role. Subsidiary evolution determined systematically by head office assignment; subsidiary's choice; host country' s environment. Subsidiary's role evolution passes three stages: strategic implement; strate- gic progress; strategic center. The key findings were: (a) higher strategic autonomy in strategic center stage than the other two stages; ( b) a more internationally configured value - chain in strate- gic progress and strategic center stage than strategic implement stage; (c) lower levels of internal product flows in strategic center stage than the other two stages.
