论40年代两次宪政运动与中国民主同盟的关系

20世纪40年代的两次宪政运动与中国民主同盟有着密切联系,其发展大致可以经历三个阶段:1."九一八"前后的"人权运动"和国民党的民主政策使民主知识分子得到初步整合。2.第一次宪政运动的兴起为统一建国同志会的成立创造了条件,而运动的失败又促使其进一步发展为中国民主政团同盟。3.第二次宪政运动兴起使中国民主政团同盟进一步改组为中国民主同盟;改组后的民盟全力投入到宪政运动中,但最终与宪政运动一起受挫。两次宪政运动与民盟的发展有如下启示:1.两次宪政运动与民盟是交织互动的;2.民盟与宪政运动的发展命运说明中国宪政与政治环境之间关系的特殊性;3.民盟与宪政运动的发展命运也揭示了政治现代化中宪政与政党关系的一个悖论。

Relation Between Two Constitutional Government Movements and China Democratic Leagues in 1940s

Two constitutional government movements are closely related with China Democratic League in 1940s. Its development can be roughly classified into three stages: (1) "Human Rights Movements" before and after "9.18" and democratic policy of the KMT makes the democratic intellectuals combined tentatively. (2) The rise of First constitutional government movements paved the way for the establishment of The Comrade, and the failure of the movement impels it to develop into China democratic political group (3) The rise of second constitutional government makes group reorganized as China Democratic League, which devotes itself to this movement with all strength but is baffled together with it finally.The development of two constitutional government movements and China Democratic League provides us with the following enlightenment.(1)two constitutional government movements and China Democratic League interweave interdynamically; (2)The development destiny of China Democratic League and two constitutional government movements states the particularity of the relation between the Chinese constitutional government and political environment; (3) The development destiny of China Democratic League and two constitutional government movements also states a paradox on the relation between the constitutional government and political party in political modernization
