| 摘 要： | 文章首先将高新技术企业的经营状况划分为6种状态,然后使用Markov方法建立了一个预测现有高新技术企业未来经营状况的分析模型,利用此模型对现有高新技术企业经营状况的演化和发展情况进行了科学地分析和预测,对研究制定高新技术企业的管理和政策制定有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Firstly,this paper divides the operation status of New-and High-Tech(Enterprises)(NHTEs) into six kinds of states,and then constructs the analytic model which predicts operation state in the future of existing New-and High-Tech(Enterprises)(NHTEs).Using this model it analyzes and forecasts the evolution and development of operation state of existing New-and High-Tech(Enterprises)(NHTEs),and has referable value on formulating the management of New-and High-Tech(Enterprises)(NHTEs) and policy. |
