| Abstract: | The post modernism of private international law is a new theory of contemporary private international law. Based upon the comment on its philosophical source, the paper analyzes its essential contents and its effect on the development of contemporary private international law. Considering the situation of the theory and the practice in China, the paper also discusses the corresponsive mode of the private international law of China. |
