| 摘 要： | 从湖南食品产业发展的现状来看,湖南食品产业虽然呈现出持续快速增长态势,产业集聚度逐步提高,研发平台体系得到初步建立,但＂短板＂仍然不少,与农业发达省份比,差距十分明显。为加快发展湖南食品产业,尽快跻身全国十强,湖南省委省政府对食品产业发展高度重视,把食品产业作为推进新型工业化发展的重点产业来抓,对食品产业发展给予多方面的政策扶持。
