高校贫困大学生的人格特征分析与健全人格培育

高校贫困大学生的人格培育是我国高等教育改革过程中一个值得关注的问题。通过分析高校贫困大学生的特点可以发现,经济贫困使得贫困生普遍存在自卑心理强、自我封闭孤僻、敢为性较低、社交能力差、焦虑情绪重、嫉妒心理强等非健全人格特征。这些人格特征严重影响了贫困生的身心健康和成长成才。要培养高校贫困大学生健全的人格,需要社会、高校、贫困学生三方面的密切配合和共同努力。

RESEARCH ON CHARACTERISTICS AND HEALTHY PERSONALITY CULTIVATION OF POOR COLLEGE STUDENTS

The personality cultivation of poverty-stricken college students is a problem worthy of attention during the course of China higher education reform.By analyzing the characteristics of poor college students,this paper finds poverty renders college students generally have unhealthy personality characteristics of strong inferiority complex,reclusive autism,low social boldness,poor social communication,high anxious sentiment and strong jealousy.And those characteristics have serious impact on poor college students＇ growth,progress and sound development.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures to stimulate the healthy personality cultivation of poor college students from the perspective of society,colleges and universities and impoverished students.
