医科大学在校女生生殖健康知识、态度、行为与需求的调查

目的：了解医科大学在校女生生殖健康知识的掌握情况以及相关的行为、态度和需求，为教育者和管理者提供可靠的依据。方法：采用整群抽样的方法，对某医科大学一、二、三年级在校女生1858人进行问卷调查。结果：医科大学在校女生掌握了一定的生殖健康知识，但对于常见的避孕方法“皮下埋植”，知晓率只有14．8％：知道非淋菌性尿道炎是性病的仅占16％。4．1％的人有过性生活，7．2％的人有过手淫行为。50％以上赞成婚前性行为．19．4％赞成性开放。95．7％认为有必要对大学生进行生殖健康教育。结论：医科大学在校女生的生殖健康知识不够系统全面．性观念比较开放，对生殖健康教育有迫切需求，应采用多种方式开展生殖健康教育。

An investigation into in-school female medical university students' knowledge,attitudes, behaviors and demands of reproductive health

Methods： Questionnaires were used to in-school female students from grade one to grade three in a medical university,using cluster Results： The survey showed that in-school female medical university students had some knowledge about reproductive health. But only 14.8% knew ＂subdermal implants＂ as a common conception control and only 16% understood non-gonococeal urethritis as a venereal disease. 4.1% had sex experiences and 7.2% had masturbatory experiences. More than 50% were in favor of premarital sex, and attitudes towards sex. 95.7% agreed that it was necessary to undertake reproductive 19.4% took relatively liberal health education to university students. Conclusion： In-school female medical university students have less than systematic and comprehensive knowledge about reproductive health, but take relatively liberal attitudes towards sex, and show eagerness for more knowledge about reproductive health. Thus we should conduct in-school reproductive health education in a variety of ways.
