| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化为高职院校的发展带来了前所未有的机遇，但随着高等教育大众化的深入推进，高等教育市场供求结构发生了根本性转变，“生源危机”逐渐显现，而高职院校首当其冲受到影响。生源危机背景下高职院校需要通过政府政策支持、社会舆论引导、与行业企业形成互动以及自身的内涵式创新、形成品牌特色来实现发展。

| Abstract: | The popularity and generalization of higher education has brought many opportunities for higher vocational colleges, which, with further development, turns to change the demand and supply structure of higher education fundamentally. The appearance of ＂enrollment crisis＂ has great effect on vocational colle-ges, which might be solved, to some extent, by government support, public instruction, the interaction with corporations, and the innovation in self-development. |
