体育活动与大学生心理健康和人格特质的相关研究

摘    要:面对日益激烈的社会竞争和就业压力,大学生心理受到巨大的冲击,大学生心理健康已经成为高校乃至全社会普遍关注的问题。为了解大学生参加体育活动与大学生心理健康、人格发展的关系,采用SCL-90自评量表和艾森克人格量表对387名大学生进行测试。结果表明,大学生喜欢并参与体育活动的心理健康水平明显提高(F=3.23);大学生是否参与体育活动在人格特质的内外向、神经质也存在显著差异(F=9.49;F=4.73);大学生参与体育活动与心理健康、人格特质有显著相关。

The Relevance of Physical Activities with College Students' Mental Health and Personality

Abstract:To understand the relationship between students' participation in physical activity and mental health and personality development, the paper employs SCL-90 self-rating scale and Eysenck Personality Inventory to analyze the data obtained from 387 college students. The results show that students who en-joy and participate in sports activities are significantly improved in mental health (F= 3. 23); whether to participate in sports activities also shows significant differences (F= 9. 49 ; F= 4. 73) ; the relevance be- tween attending physical activity and mental health and personality is significant.
