| 摘 要： | 情商的培养对于提高西部民营企业家在种种压力中的工作功效有着较好的作用,从企业家个人的角度,从社会环境的角度,从企业自身建设的角度,建设利于培养和提高西部民营企业家的情商的氛围和空间,不断加强西部民营企业的经济建设,不断提高西部民营企业的竞争力。

| Abstract: | EQ plays an effective role in promoting the work efficiency of entrepreneurs of private enterprises of west China when they are under different pressure.This paper discusses how to build an atmosphere and environment that benefit to train and promote the emotion quotient of these entrepreneurs for the purpose of advancing the economy development and strengthening the competitive strength of the enterprises of west China. |
