| 摘 要： | 将研究视角放在企业投资角度上，将两种资本投资结合起来，通过选取有代表性的企业，利用统计分析和回归检验来对人力资本与物质资本投资对企业绩效的影响程度作出实证研究。结果表明，根据企业所属行业的不同，人力资本投资与物质资本投资的贡献率有不同表现，两者均与企业绩效有明显正相关，但新增人力资本投资大于新增物质资本投资的边际贡献率。 |
