| 摘 要： | 教师劳动的示范性要求教师要始终保持良好的师表形象。师表形象在教育教学中有着极其重要的作用,这种作用在于教师的优秀品行有助于学生良好行为习惯养成,教师的严谨治学有助于学生良好学风的形成,教师树立良好的师表形象有助于自身道德修养的再提高。加强教师职业道德,形成教师群体良好防师表形象,是学生教育的需要,也是时代发展的必然。 |

| Abstract: | A teacher should always maintain a modei worthy of emulation in the course of teaching. An image worthy of being patterned after plays an important role in education. The teacher' s fine conduct will help the students to form good behavior. Being strict in teaching will help the students to form good style of study. Being a paragon will promote the sense of morality. To strengthen the teacher's professional ethics and to form the teacher' s collective image worthy of emulation are essential for the education and for the development of the times. |
