近十年来不同类型高等教育对毛入学率的贡献率分析

从对毛入学率的贡献率视角,考察近十年来不同类型高等教育在大众化进程中的规模变化轨迹和特点。研究表明：在整个高等教育系统中,研究生教育和普通高等教育毛入学率和贡献率都呈上升趋势,普通高等教育承担着我国高等教育大众化进程的主体角色。在普通高等教育系统中,从举办者角度,地方所属院校对毛入学率的贡献率最大,其次是民办院校,教育部直属院校对毛入学率的贡献率呈下降态势;从层次性质的角度,近十年来对毛入学率的主要贡献者是本科院校,但本科院校的贡献率增长波动性较大,专科院校的贡献率增长较平稳。

An Analysis Different High Educations＇ Contribution Ratio to GER Rate

In perspective of their contribution ratio to Gross Enrollment Rate（GER）, high educations of different types are investigated in terms of their size-change curves and features through China＇s education population process. The study has following findings： First, both post-graduate education and undergraduate education witness increasing GER and their contribution ratio to total GER, but undergraduate education plays major role in China＇s high-education population process; Second, in the undergraduate education system, local-official-sponsored colleges / universities contributes most to GER,civil-sponsored colleges / universities second most, while MOE-sponsored colleges / universities are undergoing decreasing contribution to GER; Third, universities at bachelor-level make up main part of GER in the last decade, but their contribution ratio is fluctuating, while colleges at associate-level make steadily increasing contribution.
