| Abstract: | The theoretical basis of the index system about China＇s public cultural development evaluation includes the comprehensive development theory, the sustainable development theory and the theory of the quality of life. Establishing index system about China＇s public cultural development evaluation should take into consideration the principles of systematization, scientification, combination of quantitative and qualitative, and two-way indicator combination. |
