| Abstract: | During the period of Anti-Japanese War, the condition of medical care and hygiene of Shanxi-Chahar- Hebei border area is poor, and people＇s health awareness are low due to the big distance from the big city. In addition, the rural areas are poor, Which leads to the epidemic disease. In order to solve the dilemma of medical care and hygiene, creating the health care system is imminent. |
