| 摘 要： | 古代的环境保护思想先秦时就已存在,早在遥远的夏、商、周三代,就已出现世界上较早的有关环境保护的法规.主要表现为保护生态资源如土地、动物和植物尤其是林业,加强对生态资源的管理,严惩破坏生态资源的行为.留给后人可资借鉴的环境法律思想遗产,对当今环保工作具有积极的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | The history of Chinese ecological environmental protection regulations can at least be track to the Western Zhou Dynasty and later they were promulgated in the Qin and Han Dynasty.The legal thoughts and the regulations of environmental protection had been stressing a good protection of ecological resource such as farmland resource,water resource and forest resource and so on.It is significant to discover and collect the legal regulations and thoughts on ecological environmental protection. |
