| 摘 要： | 股权结构、盈利能力、企业规模以及股权集中度是影响我国航空工业上市公司资本结构优化配置的主要因素,而成长性、非负债避税对公司资本结构不具有显著影响作用。航空工业上市公司应适当“减持”国有股;注重资本融资理性化,提高负债融资之比重;实行产业化、规模化是促进其资本结构优化配置的有效措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the factors which change the capital structure of listed aviation Co.Ltd.in China in surviving years after IPO.It is found that OS,PROFITABITY,SIZE,OID have significant persistent effects on the changes of Capital Structure after IPO,and that GROWTH,NDTS have some effects on the changes but they are not persistent.Hence,the author suggests that the company decentralizes state-owned shares,increases debt capital and operates on a scale for its optimum capital structure. |
