| 摘 要： | 蔡元培的高等教育思想对于我们今天发展高等教育、创建现代一流大学有着重要的意义和研究价值。本文首先介绍了蔡元培及其高等教育思想,进而阐述了大学的理念的历史演变。通过透视大学现状之弊端,进一步明确大学肩负的使命。并重点论述了创建一流大学的四方面措施:实行思想自由;培养学术大师;推崇学术研究;注重通识教育,培养时代人才,服务社会。

| Abstract: | Cai Yuanpei's higher education thought develops the higher education,the foundation modern first-class university today regarding us vital significance and the research value.This paper first introduced Cai Yuanpei and his higher education thought,then elaborated university's idea historical evolution.Ascertaining abuse of through the perspective university present situation,further is clear about the mission which the university shoulders.The disquisition andelaborated the foundation of first-class university's four aspects measures with emphasis which is implementation freedom of thought,cultivation of the academic master,esteemsthe scholarly research,the attenion passes knows the education,cultivation of the time talented person,the service society. |
