| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国青少年犯罪的情况日趋严峻,呈现出许多新特点,其成因归根到底是主体内外因素互相作用的结果,预防减少青少年犯罪是一项系统的社会工程,需要全社会共同努力加强思想道德教育,弘扬先进的文化,齐抓共管,综合治理。

Thus preventing youngsters from committing crimes is a systematic social project, which requires the whole society to enhance ideological education and advanced culture to perform comprehensive administration. |
