| Abstract: | The times background faced by higher engineering education and many factors existing in self-development and affecting students' innovation spirit and practical ability cultivation are analyzed. From educational thoughts, teaching reform and teachers' role transformation, the proper countermeasures are offered in order to complete the new mission granted by the times to higher engineering education. |
