| 摘 要： | 库区移民工作是水利枢纽工程建设的重要内容。在进行库区移民搬迁和安置过程中,必须紧紧抓住发展这一移民工作主线,用科学发展观统领移民搬迁和安置工作,将移民工作与移民群众发展结合起来,将库区历史文化、民族风情、区位优势、特色产业与库区恢复和发展结合起来,积极探索库区移民可持续发展之路。
