| Abstract: | National textbooks about evidence law is a necessary carrier for legal education and further academic study.Textbooks of this kind have exceeded ten since the reform and opening-up,however,few are products of independent thinking and still few are closely connected with domestic judiciary practices.Evidence Law,edited by Professor Zhang Baosheng,is a quality work worth exploring with quite many innovations in the structure,theory system,evidence thoeries and proof thoeries. |
