| Abstract: | There is great difference in the three pairs of basic school running relationship in American and Chinese colleges and universities: first, moral education and intellectual education; second, teaching and learning; and third, specialities and resourcefulness. The research on it will be beneficial for us to deal with the relationship among them, push forward the reform and make our colleges and universities more closely related with the market. |
