科学发展观的哲学思考

党的十六届三中全会提出的科学发展观是坚持以人为本的发展观,是全面、协调、可持续的发展观,是以促进经济社会和人的全面发展为终极目标的发展观。科学发展观的提出实现了对传统发展思想的扬弃与超越,是与时俱进的科学发展观。马克思主义哲学是科学发展观的哲学依据。因此,运用马克思主义世界观、历史观和方法论,深入探究科学发展观,有利于牢固树立和全面落实科学发展观。

Phylosophical Reflection on the Scientific Development View

The scientific development view raised in the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Party Central Committee is the development view that insist on people-oriented.It is the overall,coordinate,sustainable development view,whose ultimate goal is to promote the economic society and people's overall development.The proposition of the scientific development view has realized the sublating and surmounting of the traditional development thought.It is the scientific development view growing with each passing hour.Marxist philosophical is a philosophical basis of the scientific development view.So,using Marxism world outlook,conception of history and methodology to probe into the scientific development view thoroughly can help people to establish firmly and implement the scientific development view in an all-round way.
