| 摘 要： | 根据发达国家的经验 ,在一国经济中占主导地位的通常是少数大型的现代公司 ,它们主要集中于资本和技术密集型产业 ,由于实现了规模经济 ,降低了成本 ,因而形成强大的竞争优势。我国的国有经济布局调整 ,也应通过资产重组 ,把有限的国有资本向资本和技术密集型产业集中 ,并运用现代公司的模式进行经营 ,以便提高国有经济的竞争力

| Abstract: | According to experience of developed countries,usually some large-scale modern companies take the leading position in the national economy and are concentrated closely in industries with capitals and technology.The modern companies may concentrate limited and state-owned capital in dense-scale capital and technology industries and use the model of modern company to take namagement so as to raise competitive power of state economy. |
