| 摘 要： | 对日前我国中央银行金融监管中的效率问题进行了分析和研究，并借鉴国外发达国家金融监管的先进经验和《Ｂａｓｅｌ Ｔｒｅａｒｙ》对各国中央银行金融监管的要求，提出了我国中央银行加强金融监管，提高金融监管效率的对策和措施。

On the basis of foreign advanced experience and the corresponding requirements listed in Basel Treaty, some countermeasures and solutions are presented to strengthen China's financial supervisement. |
