元认知理论与自主学习能力的培养

摘    要:自主学习能力的培养一般以策略培养为渠道。通过元认知策略的培养,学生可以养成制定学习计划、选择学习方式、安排学习任务、监控学习过程、评估任务完成情况的习惯,从而一步步走向自主。本文探讨了现代心理学的一个重要理论——元认知理论与英语自主学习能力培养之间的关系。据此,提出了提高大学英语教学效果的对策。

Abstract:The ability of SALL (self access language learning) is generally developed by training their learning strategies, and after the acquisition of this ability, students can work out their own learning plans,select learning style,arrange learning tasks,monitor learning procedure and evaluate what they have done in learning and achieve autonomy in a real sense. This paper firstly discusses the relationship between metacognitive theory, an important part in modern psychology, and the training of students ability of SALL, then advances some measure to promote English teaching in colleges accordingly.
