| 摘 要： | 妇女平等就业权利 ,是男女平等、社会文明发展的重要内容。时至今日 ,我国仍存在男女就业不平等现象 ,有些用人单位侵害了妇女就业权利 ,践踏了法律。本文主要通过对当今现实社会中妇女平等就业权被侵害的现象加以剖析 ,指出这种社会现象的危害性及产生的原因 ,并对妇女平等就业权被侵害问题的解决方法、途径等进行了探讨
