| 摘 要： | 基于实践之上的理论创新是社会发展和变革的先导。中国化的马克思主义既是马克思主义理论创新,也是中国发展的指导思想。在对马克思主义中国化理论创新概念和类型的分析中,可以概括出其规律,即马克思主义中国化理论创新必须具备相应的前提条件,必须找到正确的方式和必须在互动中进行。

| Abstract: | The theoretical innovation based on practice is the pilot of the social development and transformation. Sinicized Marxism is the theoretical innovation of sinicization of Marxism and the leading thought for China＇s development. In the analysis of the concept and the type of Sinicization of Marxism, We can conclude that there are three laws in the theoretical innovation of Sinicization of Marxism. The first law is that the sinicization of Marxism must be equipped with some prerequisite, the second is proper method, and the third is interaction. |
