| 摘 要： | 外交保护是一项具有几百年历史的国际法律制度。它在当代正在经历一次意义非凡的嬗变,从而适应新的历史环境。随着我国"走出去"战略的实施,中国的海外利益将与日俱增。因此,我国应当正确地认识到:外交保护在现代仍然是国家保护海外公民最基本和最重要的手段,并加强对外交保护的理论研究,做好必要的实践准备。

| Abstract: | Diplomatic protection is an international legal regulation with a history of several hundred years. At present, it is experiencing a significant change so as to adapt to the new historical environment. With the opening - up practices, China＇s oversea interests are on the rise. It must be realized, therefore, that diplomatic protection remains still an importance means to protect the citizens overseas. It is also expected that research on diplomatic protection theories will be strengthened as so to pave the way for practice. |
