| Abstract: | The essence of balancing urban and rural development is to coordinate the factor resources in the urban and rural regions,to break the disjoint between cities,towns and villages and the structure of uneven development of agriculture and industry,to achieve the harmonious and sustainable development of urban and rural regions aimed at urban-rural integration,centered on reform and innovation,designed for the best interest of people,driven by marketization and guaranteed by policies. |
