探析国家自然科学青年基金负责人科研成长情况——以福建医科大学为例

以福建医科大学2002-2019年获国家自然科学基金青年科学基金资助且目前仍在该单位工作的负责人作为研究对象，分析青年基金的学部分布、青年基金负责人的基本情况、申报与获资助面上项目情况，以及后续获面上项目与青年基金完成情况、申请代码延续之间关系，找出青年科研人员成长特点和规律，为地方本科医学类院校的青年人员培养和科学基金管理工作改进提供借鉴。

Analysis of the growth and development in scientific research ability among the National Natural Science Foundation for Young Scholars: taking Fujian Medical University as an example

Young Scholars who acquired Young Scientists Fund of National Natural Science Foundation of China and still work in Fujian medical university in 2002-2019 were the subject of the study. We analyse the division distribution of the Youth Fund, and seek the characteristics and rules of young scholars growth from the basic situation, and application and funding of projects, and the relationship between the following projects and the completion of Young Scientists Fund or the continuation of the application code. Our conclusion provide reference for the training of young personnel and the management of science funds in local undergraduate medical colleges and universities.
