论中国航天产品贸易管控法律制度的完善

中国航天事业的发展促进了航天产品贸易的规范化和自由化进程。目前,中国的航天产品贸易管控缺乏法律规制,无法适应航天产品贸易的市场化需要,也不适应世界航天产品贸易管控机制的发展。因此,中国必须加快中国航天产品国际贸易的立法进程,完善航天产品贸易的管控机制,制定科学的空间物项控制标准,积极参与多边出口管控国际机制,以构建完善的航天产品贸易管控法律制度。
