反倾销的经济分析及我国加入WTO后的应对措施

目前西方国家往往运用反倾销限制发展中国家商品进入其国内市场。通过对反倾销的经济分析 ,可以看出我国被实施反倾销的原因主要有 :在宏观上 ,由于政府补贴造成国外市场销售价格低于国内市场价格 ;在微观上 ,由于比较优势的存在 ,使发展中国家商品价格大大低于国际市场价格。国外对华反倾销严重影响我国商品出口规模的进一步扩大以及我国出口商品结构的调整。在应对国外反倾销中 ,政府不仅要鼓励企业积极应诉 ,还要运用反倾销手段来保护本国的民族工业

Economic analysis of antidumping and China's countermeasures after entering WTO

Recently, some western countries restrict developing countries' products to enter into their domestic markets by antidumping. The economic analysis indicates that antidumping by western countries is due to some macroscopic and microcosmic reasons. The antidumping against China seriously prevents China from expanding the export amount and has negative effects on the adjustment of the structure of China's exporting items. To take measures against the external antidumping, Chinese government should encourage the firms to adapt to the new situation actively, and take proper actions to protect the national industries as well.
