| 摘 要： | 据文献记载,“嬲”为“娆”字之异体,有“纠缠、戏弄、扰乱”之义.但《何典》中的“嬲”字并非此义,它是个动词,意为“缠绕”.通过对明清及近代方志中方言材料的考察,结合当时方言的语音特点,并佐以现代汉语方言材料,发现：“嬲”是“绕”的方言记音字,“绕”又可写作“裹”、“掇”等形式,这反映了清代吴方言中存在日母字读为泥母字的语音现象.

| Abstract: | Based on the records of literature, NIAO is the different form of RAO with the meaning of ＂playing tricks on somebody＂. But in HeDian, it is a verb, meaning to ＂twine＂. Through investigating the dialectal in- formation of local records in Ming and Qing Dynasties and modem times, combining the phonetic features at that time and the proof in contemporary Chinese dialects, we find that NIAOwas the record of RAO＇ s pronunciation and RAO has various forms of NIAO （ 裹）, NIAO （ ） and so on, which reflects the phonetic phenomenon of RIMU（日母） reading as NIMU （泥母） in Wu dialect in Qing Dynasty. |
