纵向协作模式对生猪养殖场户参与猪肉可追溯体系意愿的影响

利用北京市234个生猪养殖场户的问卷调查数据，通过构建二元Logit模型定量分析了纵向协作模式及其他因素对生猪养殖场户猪肉可追溯体系参与意愿的作用方向和影响程度。研究发现：纵向协作模式显著影响生猪养殖场户的猪肉可追溯体系参与意愿，加入合作社的养殖场户比未加入合作社的养殖场户更愿意参与猪肉可追溯体系，通过市场自由交易销售生猪的养殖场户比通过协议交易销售生猪的养殖场户更愿意参与猪肉可追溯体系。另外，可追溯食品认知水平、养殖规模、文化程度和风险态度也显著影响养殖场户的猪肉可追溯体系参与意愿。

Vertical Coordination Model and Its Impact on Pig Farmers' Willingness to Participate in the Pork Traceability System

Based on data from questionnaire made on 234 pig farmers in Beijing,a binary Logit model has been set up to analyze the vertical coordination model and other factors influencing pig farmers will-ingness to participate in the pork traceability system.The research has found：the vertical coordination model influences significantly pig farmerswillingness to participate in the pork traceability system;com-pared to farmers who have not yet joined the cooperatives,farmers who have joined the cooperatives are more willingly to participate in the pork traceability system;in addition,compared to farmers who have sold the pigs by agreement,farmers who have sold the pigs on the open market are more willing to partic-ipate in the pork traceability system;farmers cognitive level of the pork traceability system and scale of farming and cultural degree and risk attitude also influence significantly pig farmerswillingness to partici-pate in the pork traceability system.
