| 摘 要： | 中国加入世贸组织后 ,对外开放的领域和范围将进一步扩大 ,这意味着西部地区面临着一次以大开放促大开发的发展机遇 ,本文从西部地区发展战略模式和产业优势分析入手 ,提出西部地区应扩大对外开放 ,大力发展对外贸易 ,积极利用外资 ,以促进西部大开发。

| Abstract: | After China has entered WTO, the opening towards the outside world will be encouraged in more areas and on larger scale. This means that the west of China is confronting an opportunity to develop more extensively through further opening strategy. The present paper analyses the strategic pattern for west development and the advantages in industries and put forward the view that the west of China should expand its scope in opening towards the outside world, develop foreign trade energetically and make a good use of foreign capital in order to promote the development of the west of China. |
