推进云南哲学社会科学的繁荣和发展,必须坚持正确的指导思想,深入学习贯彻省第八次党代会精神,深入研究云南经济社会发展中的重大理论和实践问题.社会科学评奖工作要坚持科学性、公正性的原则和要求,不断完善各项制度、规范和程序,坚决抵制学术腐败,评出权威,评出品牌,以此促进云南哲学社会科学的进一步繁荣和发展,为建设富裕文明开放和谐的云南作出应有的贡献.

Pursue the True and the Concrete, and Promote the Construction Work with Review and Decision of Awards in Social Science

To promote the prosperity and development of philosophy and social science in Yunnan, we must stick to the right guideline, deepen the implementation of the spirit defined by 8th Congress of CPC, Yunnan Provincial Branch and make deep study of the major theoretical-practical issues in social-economic development of Yunnan. Review and decision of awards in social science must stick to the principle of scientificalness, open-justness and authority, perfect continuously every system, regulation and procedure, fight persistently against academic corruption, demonstrate largely authority and masterpieces, and hereby, promote the further prosperity and development of philosophy and social science in Yunnan, so as to do the due contribution to construction of civic, open and harmonious Yunnan.
