Divorce Under the Divorce Act of Canada, 1968-1978

This paper compromises a survey of 10 years of judicial interpretation of the 1968 reforming legislation and seeks to explain the demands for further change in the law of divorce and the acceptance of those demands by the federal and provincial governments.
