| 摘 要： | 网络民主是信息化条件下发展中国特色社会主义民主的新路径,它具有利用网络体民情,察民意,密切党和人民群众联系的重要作用。我们要采取增强政府网上职能,加快电子政务建设等措施,促进网络民主健康发展,从而丰富中国特色社会主义民主的发展路径。但在发展网络民主中,也应注意网络民主的理性力量与非理性力量等问题。
