摘    要:如何深入推进农村经济高质量发展是实现中国式现代化的关键。针对当前不断深化的农民教育改革促进农村经济发展问题,从概念界定、理论基础和作用机理分析农民教育如何驱动农村经济高质量发展,并将农业软实力的中介效应纳入理论框架,在此基础上,基于人力资本理论和教育经济理论,依据2011—2019年中国CCAD数据库,构建中介效应、空间计量以及双重差分模型对农民教育影响农村经济高质量发展进行分析研究。结果发现:(1)农民教育显著促进农村经济高质量发展。(2)农业软实力存在显著的部分中介作用。(3)农民教育对周边省份的农村经济高质量发展存在正向溢出效应,且长期效应大于短期效应。(4)开放程度存在双门槛效应,经济水平和农业用地存在单门槛效应。(5)中西部地区的农民教育促进农村经济高质量发展作用更为明显。

Abstract:The quality development of rural economy is the key to Chinese modernization. In view of the question that farmers'' education can promote the development of rural economy, based on the human capital theory and educational economy theory, and according to the 2011-2019 China CCAD database, and brings the Mesomeric effect of agricultural soft power into the theoretical framework, this paper constructs mesomeric effect, spatial econometrics and double difference models to analyze how farmers'' education to drive high-quality development of rural economy from the perspectives of concept definition, theoretical basis and function mechanism. The results showed that: (1) Farmer education significantly promotes high-quality development of rural economy. (2) There is a significant partial mediating effect of agricultural soft power. (3) There is a positive spillover effect of farmer education on the high-quality development of rural economy in surrounding provinces, and the long-term effect is greater than the short-term effect. (4) The degree of openness has a double threshold effect, while the economic level and agricultural land have a single threshold effect. (5) The role of farmer education in promoting high-quality development of rural economy in the central and western regions is more evident.
